Locarno is the evolved form of Rock ruff and a very dear canine Pokemon that was first introduced into the franchise in the Allan region of Generation 7. Fortunately for fans, it was one of the few fortunate selected to return to the Pale region
of generation 9 in scarlet and purple Pokémon, and its three different forms can be achieved in the game.

The Locarno’s midday form can be achieved by hunting one in the supramundo or evolving a rock ruff.
To hunt one in Pale, you must consult the map above to learn about Locarno’s habitats and make sure your search is done during the day.
Alternatively, you can evolve a Rock ruff to Midday Locarno, provided you do not have the Own Tempo skill, since this ability is exclusive to the Dusk form of Rock ruff.
To evolve your rock ruff at the midday form of Locarno, you must raise your rock ruff until you reach the level 25 or higher and make these levels win during the day. If these previous requirements are met, Rock ruff will automatically evolve to the Locarno Midday form.

Similar to Midday Locarno, Midnight Form Locarno can be achieved by locating and capturing one in the pale desert or evolving a rock ruff.
To capture a form of Locarno Midnight in nature, you must go hunting during the night and stick to the habitats highlighted in yellow on the map above.
To achieve Locarno’s midnight form through evolution, you will need any rock ruff that does not have the Own Tempo skill, since this is a unique skill blocked in the Dusk form.
Evolving Rock ruff in midnight Locarno is as easy as raising your rock ruff to level 25 or higher and making sure you win these levels at night.
If he does, Rock ruff will automatically evolve Midnight Locarno, and will have a new lone man to add his team in a short time.
How to get Dusk Locarno in Pokémon Scarlet and Purple
Of the three forms of Locarno, the Dusk form is the most difficult to achieve.
This is due to his ability, since Dusk of Locarno can only evolve from Dusk to Rock ruff.
These rock ruff do not have visible differences with any other rock ruff, but can be identified by the unique ability Own Tempo, which is specifically blocked in its Dusk form.
If you have problems locating a Dusk in Rock ruff, there is a static encounter for a Dusk Rock ruff in West Province (area three).
Once you have a Dusk Rock ruff in your possession, evolving it is a relatively simple process.
To evolve your Dusk Rock ruff to Dusk Locarno, you must raise it to level 25 or higher and make these levels win during dusk.
You can verify the time of the day by opening its map, and if the icon at the top is orange, it is lucky.
Alternatively, Dusk to Locarno seems to have a generation location in the northern province (area one), but it is an extremely weird Pokemon with little chances of appearing.
This can make it difficult for the search in this specific way, so it is recommended to capture Term Rock ruff if you want to save time.
