Just a short year after his farewell of FC Bayern, Jérôme Boateng apparently breaks another bridge back to Munich.
In the summer of 2021, FC Bayern ended an era: after ten years Jérôme Boateng returned to the German record champion back – after nine champion titles, five triumphs in the DFB Cup and the Champions League and 2020.
The 33-year-old moved to the French first division Olympique Lyon. There he is currently no regular player under coach Peter Bosz. A return to Munich is not an issue for Boateng but no topic.
Like “picture” reports its luxury villa in the noble suburb Grünwald currently for sale. Boateng has now in his hometown of Berlin as well as in Lyon, it means.
If a buyer is for the impressive property, waves the World Champion of 2014 a warm money: The selling price of the villa is a whopping 11.5 million euros. There are also about one million euros purchase costs.
Many (ex-) stars of FC Bayern in the neighborhood
For this, the new owner receives a lot of consideration: the extensive, secluded property has a size of 1808 square meters and includes a large garden with pool. The loud real estate advertisement “Visionary” Bauhaus villa (built in 2008) has a living area of 506 square meters, a total of ten rooms, including six bedrooms, three bathrooms and three garages.
Also, the neighborhood is quite tempting and prominent: in Grünwald live, among others, Boateng’s ex-teammates Leroy Sané and Sven Ulreich as well as Miroslav Klose and Claudio Pizarro, who once successfully went to Bayern on goals hunting.
The municipality is located south of Munich above the Isartal and is considered one of the richest in Germany. Numerous celebrities from culture and economy also live there.
